Eastman alumni, family, staff, faculty, and friends gathered for the Gala Dinner, the culminating event of Eastman Weekend.

Guests conversed over drinks and hors d'oeuvres in a reception room overlooking the Genesee River.

Stories were shared, old friends caught up.

Interim Dean Jamal Rossi (DMA ’87) shares conversation with featured composer George Walker (DMA ’56).

Dorothy Eshelman (BM ’30) was the oldest alumna attending Eastman Weekend at 99 years. She still performs on the piano and even scheduled a gig off-campus for Friday night.

After the reception, the festivities moved into the ballroom for a lovely dinner.

Guests were reluctant to leave the reception and find their seats.

Eventually everyone managed to find a chair near a friend and the dinner commenced.
