Classes & Ensembles

The Eastman Community School offers a great variety of day, evening, and Saturday classes for toddlers, adults, and all ages in between, available at all levels of musical experience.

Lessons are offered on most instruments and in voice; students are urged to enhance their performance studies with our many courses in music history and theory, jazz studies, and composition.

Besides the highest quality individual and class music instruction, Eastman Community Music School also offers instrumental and vocal ensembles for all ages and all levels of musicianship: groups devoted to a single instrument, choruses, orchestras, wind ensembles, and jazz bands. Learn and grow with your fellow musicians in an ECMS ensemble!

Courses are organized by grade level, and separated into classes and ensembles. Each class or ensemble is categorized by instrument, voice, or academic subject (such as Music Theory).
