Student receives one audio (.wav) file, or one video (.mov file) at no cost. Additional file – $15.00

Demo Session (Two hour session, including setup and tear down)
Audio files only – $75.00 Audio and Video files – $150.00
End result (files) sent electronically – no charge

For sessions more than 2 hours, rates are:
Flat rate of $75.00 (setup and tear down) – *larger ensembles setup rate may vary depending on size of ensemble*
Hourly rate is $75.00 (audio only) – to add video, additional flat rate is $100.00
Engineer Editing – $75.00/hour
End result (files) sent electronically – no charge
In EEW415 (East Wing) – depending on availability of room

Media Transfer
Self-serve media transfer equipment is available for use in the Eastman Commons Computer Lab and the Sibley Music Library. Rates for media transfers performed by the T&MP Department change depending on the project. For a rate estimate please call 585-274-1130.
