New students should register for ECMS by clicking the link below to apply through Slate. Applicants will create a Slate account using the Student’s name and birthdate.
Slate will email a temporary PIN to the email address provided and then applicants will create a password unique to Slate (and separate from the university’s UR Student platform, used for billing and continuing-student registration).
