A Fall workshop series focused on data visualization.
Free and open to the public, this series has numerous virtual webinars covering an array of topics, including accessible viz, RStudio, Tableau, Python, Excel, Quarto, visualizing qualitative data with FigJam, and building Web Maps with Google Sheets.
If you prefer in-person events, then we have you covered too, with a hybrid XR data visualization workshop at Studio X and an in-person Open House at the VISTA Collaboratory.

Chamber Music Reading Sessions in the Stacks!

ESM Live Stream in VISTA
Join us on Friday, September 11, at 11:30 a.m. in the VISTA Collaboratory on the first floor of Carlson Library for a livestream of the Eastman School of Music Horn Choir: 9/11 25th Anniversary Remembrance Concert.
Introduction to Data Services and Digital Scholarship at Sibley Library
The session provides an overview of the resources, expertise, and project support available through the library’s Digital Scholarship and Data Services departments. Participants will learn about services related to digital project development, GIS and mapping, data management, data visualization, and more. The session will highlight how these teams can assist with research, teaching, and collaborative projects across disciplines, with an emphasis on humanities and music scholarship.
