Activate Your Borrowing Privileges

To borrow materials from Sibley Music Library, alumni must first activate their library account:

  1. Visit the ID Office in Susan B. Anthony Hall with a valid photo ID
  2. Request your University of Rochester alumni ID badge
  3. Bring your ID badge to the Sibley Circulation Desk
  4. Library staff will activate your borrowing privileges

  • On-campus access: Alumni may use the full range of the Libraries’ licensed electronic resources while visiting the library
  • Off-campus access: Selected resources are available remotely through the Alumni Library Gateway using your Rochester Alumni Exchange (RAX) login
