Congratulations to Elizabeth Freimuth β96E on her appointment as professor of horn at Rice University’s Shepherd School of Music. Freimuth received bachelor’s degrees from Eastman in French horn and music education. She is currently the principal horn and Mary M. & Charles F. Yeiser Chair of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra (CSO).
