Becker, Kristina

Kristina Becker teaches German in the Humanities Department at the Eastman School of Music. She received her Master’s Degree in Education and American Studies at the Free University and Humboldt University Berlin. She taught for several years in the Berlin school system. She also taught beginning, intermediate and advanced German-language courses at the University of Rochester 2010–2020.

Kristina directed the “German in Germany” Berlin program in 2019.

She is the co-author of the translation of Goethe’s play “Stella: A Play for Lovers”.
