Fees
All fees are contained within ticket prices. There are no additional fees over and above any displayed price. All sales are final. No refunds for events that are held as scheduled. Special promotional discounts are applied only to the base ticket price and is not applicable to the service/handling fee. We reserve the right to limit the number of discounts and the seating section for which the discount may apply.
Ticket Delivery
- Email ~ delivery within 5 minutes. All email tickets are in PDF form, attached to the email.
- Will Call ~ available for specific events as noted. Tickets can be collected from the Will-Call table 1 hour prior to the performance.
Beware of Ticket Scammers! There are NO AUTHORIZED RESELLERS of tickets for concerts and events at the Eastman School of Music and the Eastman Theatre Box Office is the only way to purchase tickets for concerts in Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre, Kilbourn Hall, and Hatch Recital Hall. Buying tickets from resellers and other individuals is at your own risk and the tickets may not be valid or allow the holder entrance to the concert or event.
Ticketing Policy For Eastman Events:
All sales are final: No refunds for events that are held as scheduled
If you are not able to attend an event, please contact the Box Office in advance of the scheduled event. You may exchange your tickets for a different performance of equal value with no additional fees, or you may donate the price of your tickets. Please note: There are no refunds or adjustments for tickets purchased prior to a promotion or special offer. All fees are contained within ticket prices. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be informed and offered the choice of account credit for a future event, or donating the price tickets.

Photography and Recording:
Please note that the use of unauthorized photographic and recording equipment is not allowed in our performance venues. We reserve the right to ask anyone disrupting a performance to leave the hall.
