Parking at Eastman

Parking is most convenient at the East End Garage which is accessible from Main Street, Scio Street and Swan Street. Parking is also available on Gibbs Street and in the open lot at the corner of Main and Gibbs Streets.

Block F Parking Lot

• This open parking lot is located on Gibbs and Main Streets, kitty-corner from the Eastman Theater. The rates (Mon. – Sun.) are as follows:
  • $3.00 First 3 Hours
  • $1.00 for each additional hour
  • $6.00 Daily Max
  • $6.00 Special Events

East End Garage (5-story garage)

475 East Main Street (or Scio Street)

• The standard rate is $2 per hour
• $10 daily maximum
• For special events, the flat rate is $7.
• For additional information: East End Garage (City of Rochester) 

Street Parking

Street parking is available on Gibbs Street, Main Street, East Avenue, and surrounding streets. Gibbs Street parking operates via pay stations, and is free after 6 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends.
