University of Rochester employees* and their dependent children may be eligible to receive a 25% tuition waiver off ECMS tuition.
Tuition waivers are good for one year from July 1-June 30, and must be renewed annually. Tuition Waiver applications require providing a Student ID number, which can be obtained by calling the ECMS office (585-274-1400) or by consulting your bill.

HOW TO APPLY
To apply for a Dependent Child Tuition Waiver, complete the forms online through: HRMS > Self Service > Benefits > Tuition > Apply-Dependent Tuition Waiver
To apply for an Employee Tuition Waiver, contact the UR Human Resources department or click here for more information, instructions, and an application form.
* Highland Hospital employees, Strong Memorial Hospital residents, fellows, and departmental fellows are not included in the UR Tuition Waiver benefit.
