Heidi Brodwin began violin lessons at the age of 5. She received a music performance degree from Indiana University Jacob’s school of music. Heidi has played in numerous orchestras in the US and abroad, and she is currently a member of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. Aside from performing with the RPO, Heidi is passionate about her teaching. Learning an instrument brings focus, discipline and creativity. She enjoys working with students of all ages and levels. Heidi says “My students make me a better violinist. For that, I am truly grateful.”
