Born in Greenville, SC, Norah Bailey has always demonstrated an affinity towards working with children. Starting as early as possible, Norah began volunteering in her local nursery. As time progressed, this developed into a consistent job in childcare that involved ages from three months to 5th grade. During these years Norah discovered the unique compatibility of children and the arts. As her own musical proficiency grew, Norah harnessed her talent into age-appropriate engagement opportunities for the children around her. ECMS was the perfect continuation of this passion in a different area of the country!
Currently, Norah is honing her craft at the Eastman School of Music under Kathyrn Cowdrick. She is set to graduate in Spring 2027 with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and a minor in Music Cognition. Looking ahead, she envisions a future where she can help bridge the gap between performance and medicine. Norah hopes to use her talent to enrich communities and pioneer new paths in the intersection of science and the arts.
