Congratulations to three Eastman students who were named among the 13 winners of the 2026 Yamaha Young Performing Artists Competition: Harrison Kim, clarinet; Jennelle Williams, French horn; and Chance Park, percussion. As winners, they will perform for a unique audience, receive national media coverage, and participate in workshops designed to help launch their professional music careers.
We also recognize oboist Joshua So, a candidate for the Bachelor of Music degree, for earning an Honorable Mention.
