Congratulations to bass-baritone and second year Eastman student Jordan Oney for being selected as one of four winners in the 2025-2026 Schmidt Vocal Competition Undergraduate Award – Lower Division, receiving a cash award of $5000. This distinguished online competition celebrates the next generation of vocal talent, with participation in the Undergraduate Competition unlocking access to Schmidt Vocal arts professional development opportunities, grants, and education programs for alumni, helping singers take the next step in their careers. Jordan is from the studio of Professor Joshua Conyers.
