Maggie Eidel is a first-year horn performance major from Toms River, New Jersey. Prior to joining the Eastman Horn Studio, Maggie studied with Evan Young and Amy-Larkey Emelionoff. Maggie was a member of the Eastern Wind Symphony Youth Band for five years, and spent multiple years in NJ All-State ensembles. Maggie has also been a member of the NAFME All-Eastern Concert Band (2025) and NYO2 (2023). In addition to playing the horn, Maggie is pursuing a dual degree in environmental/public health at the University of Rochester. In her free time, Maggie loves being outdoors, learning new things, and watching comedy TV with friends.
