Final official transcripts for enrolling students must meet the following requirements:
- Must include your graduation date.
- Note: Please wait to request your transcript until your degree or diploma has officially been awarded and is noted on your transcript. If you order your transcript before it includes your graduation date, it will not be considered a final transcript, and you will need to order it again.
- Must be sent directly by your previous school to the Eastman Office of Admissions.
- Note: Any transcripts that you previously uploaded within your application, or that you mailed yourself, are NOT considered official. Official transcripts must come direct from your previous school.
- Electronic transcripts (preferred) should be sent to: admissions@esm.rochester.edu
- If electronic transcripts are not available, hard copy transcripts can be sent to:

Rochester, NY 14604 - International transcripts which do not show a degree has been awarded, or provide a graduation date, must be accompanied by a degree certification letter or diploma.
- Any documents in a language other than English must include, or be accompanied by, a certified English translation.
- Dual Degree students must send their final official transcripts to both Eastman and to the University of Rochester.
- Transfer students should submit both a final official high school transcript, and also the most up-to-date transcripts (including grades) from your college or university enrollment.
