CORONAVIRUS / COVID-19 Update

EASTMAN SCHOOL OF MUSIC VENUES ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED AND WE ARE WORKING TO UPDATE AND PLAN THE NEW SEASON AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR CURRENT STATUS ON EACH OF OUR SERIES EVENTS.

Challenges and changes will undoubtedly continue to arise within our industry as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue to notify ticket holders with information and options where available. The health and safety of our patrons, performers, and staff are our top priority. We await governmental guidance on large gatherings and will follow the regulations and recommendations of the CDC and State of New York. In person box office hours remain suspended, however, limited phone coverage is available starting Monday, August 31st. Please email the box office for more information.

The following options are available for those who have already purchased tickets to canceled performances:

• • • Exchange your tickets to an upcoming performance. We are happy to exchange your tickets for one of the many upcoming 2020-21 Eastman Presents performances.
    • Put tickets on account. Unsure what you might like to exchange into? The Eastman Theatre Box Office can put your funds on account for future use. 
    • Donate your ticket. Your tax-deductible donation today means that the next time you join us at Eastman for a concert, the School will be here to share the joy of live music with you once more, as a healthy, vibrant and financially secure organization.
