All venues are wheelchair accessible. You may contact Eastman Theatre Box Office at (585) 274-3000 directly to purchase accessible seating or  purchase them online at EastmanTheatre.org.

Kodak Hall and Hatch Recital Hall are equipped with Sennheiser infrared assistive listening systems. If you would like to use a receiver while attending an event in either venue, one of our ushers will be happy to provide one.

Persons wishing to request additional disability-related accommodations, including sign language interpreters, should contact the Concert Office at (585) 274-1109 at least two weeks in advance of the performance to ensure best possible arrangements.
