Abbey Jemison is a second year MM student studying Horn Performance & Literature. For her undergraduate degree, she attended Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA, where she majored in Health Sciences and minored in German & Music. At Gettysburg, Abbey studied horn under the instruction of Kenneth Bell, an Eastman alum. She also studied under the instruction of Eric Kushner, 4th horn of the Vienna Symphony, during her semester abroad in Vienna, Austria. Abbey is originally from Hanover, PA. Lastly, she recently won a job at the Navy Fleet Band and will join the band after she graduates from her masters.
