If photos are provided, please add information about who is in the media submitted, what they are doing, and photo credit (who took the picture). Make sure photos are high resolution enough to be clear and non-pixelated. (Box photo links are welcome) Note: If no media is provided, Communications will select stock content.

Photography requests for events during normal work hours (8:30 AM – 5 PM weekdays) are at the discretion of the Communications Office at no charge. Every photo request will be evaluated to verify if a paid freelancer must be used.
We can hire photographers for any event, especially for events during off-hours and weekends. Charges vary by photographer and type of event (average 250+ per hr, including processing).

Video requests will be accommodated at the discretion of the Communications department and TM&P availability. Custom video filming and editing will incur extra costs, so please keep this in mind when requesting complex video projects. All video projects will require a meeting. We will contact you for more information.
