In this role in Financial and Human Resource Services, candidate will take on the responsibility of providing professional support to the Finance and Human Resource functions at Eastman utilizing her knowledge of the University accounting/bookkeeping procedures to provide proper review and control over activities which impact the financial records of the School. Some of these functions include:
Payroll – Process the majority of Payroll related paperwork for Eastman, including rate changes, account distribution and extra compensation payments. Research payroll related questions.
Human Resources – Answer questions regarding using HRMS, maintains personnel files, assist international students regarding Glacier and I-9 forms, and back up to Human Resource Manager as needed.
Accounting and Departmental Support – Monthly reconciliations, verify and provide accounting support to academic and administrative departments regarding questions related to Cognos. Research, prepare and track journal entries, interpreting and applying the UR and ESM Human Resource and Finance policies and procedures.
