Holiday Sing is one of Eastman’s most cherished traditions. This year’s event will be taking place on Friday, December 5, at 12:30 PM.
2025 Holiday Sing Submissions
Submissions are due by Friday, October 31 by 5:00 PM.
As shared through Eastman Weekly, the format of this event is changing to accommodate the growing population of our school and community. Because of the logistics involved with having multiple staging areas in different areas of the Eastman Campus, there will be a limited number of performance slots available. We ask for everyone’s flexibility and the ability to be accommodating if needed during the planning process.

Submission Criteria
- Submissions are now open for all students, faculty and staff of Eastman.
- Performances can be solo, duo, small group, or ensemble. Groups may consist of no more than 30 students. (Note that modifications may need to be made based on space considerations).
- Length of performance should be no more than (4) minutes or less.
- A video of your performance should be submitted. Eastman staff cannot accommodate recording assistance at this time.
Instruction, Materials and Resources
To submit your video please follow these steps**:
- Download or click to review the How to Record.
- Save your video file just as you would a document. Make certain that the title includes your name (or your group’s designated point person’s name) and email address. Example: George_Eastman_GEastman@gmail.com (use hyphens and underscores between words)
- Complete the Holiday Sing Information Sheet and upload along with the video through the link provided below:
