Chris has been a valued member of the Eastman Admissions team since 2009. She holds a Master’s degree in flute performance and has enjoyed a multifaceted career as an orchestral flutist and personnel manager. In her role as an Admissions Counselor at Eastman, Chris enjoys the opportunity to engage with faculty, parents, and applicants while contributing to the dynamic and multifaceted admissions process. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds great fulfillment in her family life with her husband, Eastman faculty member Michael Burritt, their three children and three grandchildren.

Chris is the counselor for Conducting, Music Leadership, Music Theory, Musicology, and Voice applicants.
