A one-day retreat of interactive workshops to develop the skills necessary for high school musicians to engage in the community. Each session, taught by world-class musicians and educators from the Eastman School of Music, boosts confidence and skills through conversation, collaboration, and case studies. Participants will work alongside a small cohort of like-minded peers to navigate leadership challenges and gain the tools to serve their community through music.  Students are required to register in advance online by September 18^th for a fee of $25.  Educators can attend for free along with their students.  If cost is prohibitive to a student’s participations, please contact Dr. Dunn.
