Diamond, Alysha

Alysha Diamond recently joined the Academic Affairs team as the Faculty Affairs Administrator. She brings over a decade of experience in higher education administration, most recently working with the MD/PhD Program at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. During her 11 years there, she supported all facets of the program, including admissions, grant management, event planning, program evaluation and more. Her background in higher education began during her undergraduate studies at SUNY Oswego, where she earned a B.A. in Communication and held roles in Career Services and New Student Orientation.

While much of her professional career has been focused on administration, Alysha has always maintained a strong connection to music and the arts. During her undergraduate studies, she stayed active in the music and theater departments, taking private voice lessons and performing in ensembles and musicals. Her passion for the performing arts began early through choir and community theater and continues today as she explores piano, ukulele, and music production.

She is excited to return to a creative environment and looks forward to applying her skills and energy to supporting Eastman’s faculty.
