The Office of Facilities and Auxiliary Operations at the Eastman School of Music is responsible as the liaison to security, plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, keys and locks, minor construction and renovation, housekeeping and furniture and property (this includes set ups and moves).
We are here to ensure the Eastman community a safe, clean, comfortable educational environment. Service requests or emergencies regarding building facilities should be directed to the University of Rochester Facilities Customer Service Center at 273-4567. All security concerns should be referred to the University of Rochester Security Dispatch, x5-3333. Please call the Eastman Facilities Office at x4-1172 if you have additional details or concerns about a service request, or need to speak to us in person for any reason.
