Living in the SLC<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_accordion active_tab=”false” collapsible=”yes” title_size=”h3″ style=”3″][vc_accordion_tab title=”How many years will I live in the Student Living Center?”][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

First-Years, Sophomores, and Juniors are guaranteed housing in the SLC all three years. Additionally, the Office for Residential Life reserves spaces for senior undergraduate students who choose to live with us beyond their commitments. Rising Seniors who wish to live in the SLC for their final year should complete the Housing Contract and participate in Room Selection during the housing selection process each spring.<\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Can I stay in the Student Living Center over breaks?”][vc_column_text]The Student Living Center remains open during all breaks, except for winter break and summer break. Residents are not permitted to stay in the building during either of these breaks. Residents will not be given permission to stay in the Student Living Center during breaks based on travel plans. Please plan accordingly based on the dates listed\u00a0on the Residential Life website.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Where can I exercise in the Student Living Center?”][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

The Student Living Center does not have any exercise facilities. Eastman students, however, are invited to use the University of Rochester fitness facilities located on the River Campus.<\/p>\n
