\nHead of Cataloging and Public Services<\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Alan Ringwood leads and oversees the Cataloging Department of the Sibley Music Library. In consultation with staff across the Library, Mr. Ringwood sets priorities so that library resources are cataloged and made available for use by members of the Eastman community in a timely manner. He also collaborates with staff at the University of Rochester\u2019s River Campus Libraries to improve discovery and access for music resources via Discover UR, the University\u2019s library catalog. As Head of Public Services Mr. Ringwood manages Sibley\u2019s reference, circulation, and interlibrary loan services, ensuring that these services operate efficiently and effectively. Mr. Ringwood is a member of the Music Library Association (MLA), the New York State-Ontario Chapter of MLA, and the Music OCLC Users Group.
