Through a partnership with the National Student Clearinghouse, the Eastman School of Music provides instant and official Enrollment Verification. <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #003366\">If you graduated in or after 1986<\/span><\/strong>, please print your verification instantly through the <a title=\"Go to the NSCH web site\" href=\"https:\/\/acadauthorize.ur.rochester.edu\/infoSignin.aspx\">National Student Clearing House<\/a>. To obtain a Student ID# or PIN, call (585) 274-1220.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">2.)<strong> If you are a current\u00a0ESM student<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #003366\"><em>(who does not want to go through the National Student Clearinghouse)<\/em><\/span> or you <span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>graduated <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">before 1986<\/span><\/strong><\/span>, please use this online form: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esm.rochester.edu\/registrar\/enrollmentdegree-verification\/\">Enrollment\/Degree Verification Form<\/a>\u00a0. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you are unable to use\u00a0the online form, fax (585-232-8601) or e-mail (<a href=\"mailto:registrar@esm.rochester.edu\">ESM Registrar E-Mail<\/a>) the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Last name, first name and date of birth<\/li>\n<li>Daytime phone number and email address<\/li>\n<li>University ID or Social Security Number<\/li>\n<li>Classification (Undergraduate, Graduate or Non-matriculated)<\/li>\n<li>Degree program(s) and award date(s)<\/li>\n<li>Indicate pickup date, mailing address or fax number<\/li>\n<li>Enrollment period needing verification<\/li>\n<li>Anticipated date of graduation<\/li>\n<li>Signature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Production time for enrollment verifications is 3 &#8211; 5 business days once the request is received. There is no cost for enrollment verifications. Please note that enrollment can only be verified for the actual term in which a student is registered.
