Payment Information
In order for the ESM Registrar's Office to process your diploma replacement, you must submit a check PAYABLE to Eastman School of Music in the amount of $35.00. Please mail your check to Eastman School of Music, Office of the Registrar, 26 Gibbs Street, Rochester, NY 14604. Questions in regards to this process can be directed to registrar@esm.rochester.edu.
