Copy charges will be directly billed to your departmental copy account by using your copy card obtained through the departmental secretary and/or by filling out a Copy Request Form complete with charge account information and concise directions that will authorize the Copy Center personnel to copy your jobs for you. The charge is the same whether copied yourself or by Xerox personnel. To order a copy card, see your departmental secretary. Your departmental secretary must obtain forms for the card from the Copy Center.
