Tuition with lessons and two or more concurrent 17-week classes or ensembles (15% off): $136 per semester
Intro to Modern Band is designed for all students interested in playing in a popular music ensemble. Students in this class will learn skills on guitar, electric bass, keyboard, and drum set while also learning to collaborate with other musicians; no experience on any instrument is required to participate in this group but students with previous experience are certainly welcome! Students will form small bands and have choice over the songs they learn and perform. As a class, we will explore many styles and decades of popular music from the early days of the Beatles to current popular groups. This course is for all musicians who are ready to learn new skills, play great music, and rock out!
