What is the Senior Challenge?
- The senior challenge is a chance for our class to give to the future students here at Eastman, the way current alumni have given to us. Our class gift will go into a scholarship fund. Competitive scholarships ensure our school’s continued excellence and growth.
- A member of the Eastman Board of Managers, who believes in our class, will match all gifts made by seniors. The match will double if we reach 75% participation and triple if we reach 100% participation.
Why should I give?
- The Eastman School of Music was established through the generosity of George Eastman; the generosity of others will sustain our excellence into the future. Why not keep the tradition alive and show our generosity as a class?
- You’ll get a complementary t-shirt!
How do I make a gift to the Senior Challenge?
We’re suggesting you consider making a meaningful gift of $20.09 to support the Senior Challenge.
- Make your gift at the Senior Challenge reception following our class photo on Wednesday, February 11th at 5:30 PM.
- Make your gift online by credit card.
- Stop by the Development Office, located on the second floor of Miller Center to drop off payment by cash, check or credit card or call 585.274.1040.
- Look out for notifications stating when we will be accepting gifts in the main hall.
How will the Senior Class of 2009 be recognized?
- A recognition plaque will be created in honor of the Class of 2009 and will feature our Senior Class photo outside of Ciminelli Formal Lounge.
- You will be honored at the Degree Candidates' Reception in May. At this celebration, we will also unveil the recognition plaque.
