Boxing Class Sign-Up

Beginning on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 4pm, Coach Dom Arioli from Roc Boxing will be leading a weekly boxing class, sponsored by WISE. The weekly, free classes are on Saturdays at 4pm at the YMCA. Boxing is not just a great cardio and calorie burning (350-500 cal/hour!) sport, but can help with so much more including: Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, and Balance.
