Travel & Housing
The Eastman Young Artists International Piano Competition will take place at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York.
All applicants accepted to participate in the Competition are responsible to purchase their own airline tickets. Upon admission to the competition, details concerning travel visas and arrival/departure dates will be communicated to the competitors.
Housing Option 1
Competitors will reside in the Eastman Student Living Center. The fee for Room and Board from August 1 through 9, 2008 will be $480, payable in advance.
Housing Option 2
Competitors traveling and living with a parent or guardian during the entirety of the competition may choose to stay in a Rochester hotel. A list of hotels within close proximity to the Eastman School of Music will be provided on request.
