Göteborg by Night
The instruments in Göteborg are too good to be used only during the daytime hours and our hosts have been generous, allowing 24 hour access to some instruments. This means a late night/early morning walk home and a chance to experience a wintery Göteborg by night.

This winter in Sweden has been unusual with colder than average temperatures and the highest snowfall in 10 years. The distance from the Artisten music building to the youth hostel where we are staying is two kilometers; more to any of the churches where we practice. The walk home is cold and slippery, but there is a quiet beauty about the city at night that these pictures only partly convey.
