Recital at Örgrytekyrka

Our final recital took place at Örgrytekyrka on the North German Baroque organ built by GOArt and the English romantic organ built by Father Willis. One unique feature for us was the use of bellows treaders for the baroque organ.

The performers on the North German organ (from left to right) Fred Teardo, Andy Pester, Jungwha Lee, Michael Unger and Sanghwa Lee.

It isn't every day that we have the chance to play a recital on two organs in the same place. The contrast between the two instruments made for a very interesting program, with the two pieces performed on the Father Willis framed by repertoire for the North German Organ. It was a wonderful recital and a fitting close to our Sweden Trip.
