Please use the FAMIS system when placing service requests to ESM Facilities via the following options:
- Call x34567 and place the request through the Facilities Customer Service Center. This center is located on the University of Rochester campus, and staffed 24/7 to take your calls.

- Note: please place ALL emergency requests by calling x34567.
