Attending a single concert or event
To purchase tickets for the evening concerto concerts with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra on May 31st and June 2nd, please contact the RPO Box Office: (585-454-2100; http://www.rpo.org/s_1/s_43/p_1203/Pictures_at_an_Exhibition%21/). Purchase tickets NOW to avoid long pre-concert lines!
Tickets for the 8 PM concert on May 30th (Chamber Concerto Night with the IVC 2012 Chamber Orchestra, Wolfram Christ, conductor) are available NOW through the Eastman Theatre Box Office! Purchase them in person from the Eastman Theatre Box Office (433 East Main Street; hours: Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., non-concert Saturdays, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.), or by phone (585-454-2100, credit card orders only). A $3-per-ticket surcharge applies to all orders placed by phone. Prices are as follows:

IVC 2012 Banquet
The IVC 2012 Banquet promises to be an exciting event! Held at the newly-renovated Rochester Hyatt Hotel at 6:30 PM on Friday, June 1st, it will feature a multi-course dinner and performances by the Beijing and Eastman student viola ensembles. Sullivan Violins of Rochester, NY is partially sponsoring the event, and a quartet of luthier Kenneth Sullivan’s violas will be featured as well.
Rates are as follows:
Banquet admission, per person: $55
Banquet admission with purchase of a full (5-day) registration package: $50
Banquet admission with purchase of a full (5-day) student registration package: $45

Accommodations
The IVC 2012 is pleased to offer two accommodation options for attendees: the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Rochester—which is also the site of the IVC 2012 Banquet and one of the evening Viola After Dark alternative-style concerts—and the Eastman dormitory. Shuttles will run between the hotel and the Eastman School of Music throughout IVC 2012.

Reservations for the Eastman dormitory can be made through the IVC registration site. ***UPDATE*** Unfortunately, there are no rooms left in the Eastman dorm during IVC 2012. There are rooms still available in the Hyatt, however–book today! ***
Deadlines, Cancellations, Changes, and Questions
The deadline for online “early-bird” full registration ($290 vs. $325) is April 15th, 2012.
The deadline for all forms of online registration (including exhibitor registration) is May 20th, 2012.
Registration cancellations may be made for a full refund by April 30th, 2012. After that, a $100 processing fee will be assessed for all cancellations.
Changes may be made to existing registrations before May 20th, 2012.
All registration packages may also be purchased “at the door” at the Eastman School of Music during IVC 2012. Additional fees may apply. Cash and checks only will be accepted; if you wish to pay by credit card, please register online before May 20th, 2012.

Cost: $325 per person after April 15th, 2012
Full-time Students with ID: $150 per person

A Single Day Pass includes admission to all Congress concerts, master classes, and lectures for a single calendar date. Single Day Passes for Thursday, May 31st, and Saturday, June 2nd include tickets to the RPO concerts on those nights.
Cost: $90 per day for May 31st, June 1st, or June 2nd (full days); $50 per day for May 30th or June 3rd (half days)
