PARKING PASSES
The school's Parking Program is open to all full-time ESM faculty and staff and is based on availability of spaces. To sign up for parking, you need to fill out a parking registration form. The form is available from the Cashier Window located at 26 Gibbs Street, or you can call 274-1085 to request it be sent to you. After you have completed the form, bring it to the Info Window with a $25 deposit for the hands-free pass. Requests for K-Lot parking go through the Office of Facilities and Auxiliary Operations located in room ESM 29, or you can call 274-1170. If you plan to register two cars, there is an additional $5.00 fee for the second vehicle which can be purchased during the Cashier's hours. Please note that the decal is also valid up to three hours at a time on River Campus in any space designated "Business Permit Only." Once the forms have been processed, your parking payroll deductions will begin. Information on parking rates is also available from the Cashier office.
If your hands-free pass is lost, stolen or damaged, please report it to the Cashier Window as soon as possible and it will be replaced. The replacement fee for the hands-free pass is $25. If you have problems getting into the lot you are assigned to because your hands-free pass doesn't work, you may still park in the East End garage. Take a ticket and notify the parking attendant in the garage that your pass is defective and it will be replaced if necessary. They will be able to look up your name in their system and allow you to exit the garage. Please note that validations are not allowed for reasons such as forgetting your key card or leaving your hands-free pass in another vehicle.
