Student Employees in the IML

Interested in working as a student employee in the Institute for Music Leadership? Want to be part of a vital hub for creating, sharing, and implementing cutting-edge ideas and programs that will ensure the vitality and relevance of music in the 21st century? From time to time we have positions available, and we'd love to hear from you.

Student employees in the IML may provide support for any part of the IML. This includes the Office of Careers and Professional Development, the Center for Music Innovation, the Arts Leadership Program and the Orchestra Musician Forum and its website Polyphonic.org. There are opportunities to interact with students, faculty, staff and alumni of the Eastman School of Music, as well as other organizations both within the university and elsewhere.

All of our student positions for Summer 2011 and Academic Year 2011-12 are currently filled,
but please feel free to check back towards the end of each semester
as we may have additional openings.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
(Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.

A music background is preferred.

Familiarity with graphics or video, social media (facebook, etc.),
and web authoring applications a strong plus.
