Believe
it or not, it’s time to start thinking about next semester and
pre-registration for ALP courses.
Sign up by Oct. 19 in the ALP office. Advising sessions are required for newly
admitted students, but optional for the rest of you. See the ALP advising page for more information.

Résumé Workshop
Tuesday,
November 6, 3-4 pm, Ciminelli Lounge
Mandatory for those
interning next summer or academic year but open to all ALP students. RSVP
by Nov. 1 to alp@esm.rochester.edu
Learn
how to build a résumé that goes beyond chronologically listing what you’ve
done, but rather highlights your key accomplishments and goals while
targeting specific jobs and job-types.
We will also explore ways to articulate your experiences as a
performer and musician for non-performance jobs and internships. To learn more, click here.

in a Rochester-area internship for Spring 2013? There are a limited number of openings
still available. Deadline to apply
is November 9. Please schedule an
advising session with Leslie to discuss if you’re interested.
Current
interns - next meeting is Wednesday, November 7, 8-9 a.m. in MC-2 with
intern supervisors from Eastman Advancement and Pegasus as our
guests.
