- Panel Discussions on Entrepreneurial Thinking, Health and Wellness of Performing Artists, and Interdisciplinary Programs and Research at Eastman
- Memorial Art Gallery and George Eastman House tours

Registration is closed
Note: Tickets will not be mailed to you. Tickets will be available to in your welcome packet that you receive at the Welcome Table on Friday and Saturday in the Eastman School of Music Main Hall, 26 Gibbs Street. See the Welcome Table times in the Schedule of Events.
Family Weekend is scheduled on the same weekend as the University of Rochester's Meliora Weekend. While Meliora Weekend registration is separate from Eastman Family Weekend registration, families are welcome to register for both programs and attend events on both campuses.
Hotel Information
A list of area hotels with special room rates is available. It is highly recommended that participants book hotel rooms early, given that this weekend in October is a particularly busy time for area hotels.

Rochester Plaza Hotel and Conference Center:
Friday, October 9 from 2pm to Midnight
Saturday, October 10 from 7am to Midnight
Sunday, October 11 from 9am to 5pm
