1. Please fill out all information on the Recording Session Request Form to begin your request. Please note that your request will be delayed if this form is incomplete. Engineers cannot be assigned and the session cannot be scheduled until all necessary information is provided.
  2. Once you submit the form, an Audio Engineer will contact you via e-mail to discuss your session’s details.
  3. Upon availability your session will be scheduled and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
  4. Faculty recording projects will be invoiced at the end of the project.

Please note: Project requests in excess of 15 hours (including engineering time and administrative time) cannot be processed during the academic year without approval from the T&MP Director. In order to serve you best and to assure the highest quality of your project, we ask that you confine recording session requests to the summer months, as much as possible.
