1. Audio visual equipment is only available to ESM faulty and current students.
2. Equipment is loaned for use on Eastman projects only.
3. The Technology & Media Production Department loans out equipment on a first come first serve basis.
4. When reserving equipment it is wise to do so at least one month in advance to ensure equipment availability.
5. There can be no guarentees for equipment reserved less then a week in advance.
6. If you are reserving equipment in the evening or over a weekend you are responsible for keeping equipment locked in a safe place while the office is closed and returning as early as possible the next business day.
7. You must sign a waiver of responsibility before equipment can be taken from the T&MP department.
8. If you do not know how to operate a piece of equipment, we recomend setting up a training session before your reservation date.
9. You are responsible for returning equipment in the same condition it was borrowed in.
10. You will be held financially responsible if a piece of equipment is lost, damaged or stolen.
