Share a Distribution List
After creating a distribution list in Outlook you may mail a copy of the list to another user so that they can send messages to the same group of recipients. Please note that you can only send distribution lists to accounts located on the Exchange Server (namely University faculty and staff members).
- Create a new email message in Outlook.
- In the Insert menu, click Item.
- In the Look in list, click the Contacts folder.
- In the Items list, click the distribution list you want to send, then click OK.
- Send the message.
