See Someone Else's Calendar
Microsoft Outlook 2000 & Microsoft Entourage 2004 allow you to view the events on another user's calendar if they have given you permission to do so. (Follow this link for instructions on how to grant someone else access to your calendar.)
View Someone Else's Calendar in Microsoft Outlook 2000
- Click on the File menu, then Open, then Other User's Folder...

- There are several ways to locate the user whose calendar you want to view. You can click the Name... button to search for them in the Global Address List, or you can simply type in their name or their username. (The username is the same as the first part of their email address leading up to the @, i.e. plewis.) Make sure that the Folder: option is set to Calendar.

- Click the OK button to view the calendar.
View Someone Else's Calendar in Microsoft Entourage 2004
- Click on the File menu, then Open, then Open Other User's Folder...

- Click on the icon of a person and notebook next to the user text box.

- Click on the Advanced...button.

- In the Advanced Settingswindow, enter the following where username is the username of the person:
- Name: username
- E-mail Address: username@esm.rochester.edu
- Server address: https://webmail.ur.rochester.edu/exchange/username@esm.rochester.edu

- On the Open Other User's Folder window, select Calendar next to Type and click the OK button to view the calendar.
