Setup Entourage 2004 for Exchange 2003

  1. Open Entourage 2004, go to the Tools menu and click Accounts.
  2. Click the New button and enter in your user information as seen in the diagram below replacing username@esm.rochester.edu with your own email address and username with your own username. Then click the Configure account manually button.

  3. In the Exchange server field, enter https://webmail.ur.rochester.edu/exchange. You should also check to make sure that your name is entered properly in the name field.

  4. Click the Advanced tab. Enter https://webmail.ur.rochester.edu in the Public folders server field and ur.rochester.edu in the LDAP server field.

  5. Click the OK button and close the Accounts window. You should now see a new account called Eastman under your Folders list.
