Security

Locate Device

Several apps are available to help you locate your mobile device in the event it is lost or stolen. The apps will display your device on a map. In addition, the apps allow you to lock your phone so that it can’t be used by another person.

Email Setup

Faculty & Staff @esm email

If you are an ESM faculty or staff member, please click on the link below to setup your @esm email on your mobile device. If you would like to setup email on a BlackBerry, you will need to contact Eastman Computing @ 274-1160.

Setup your Eastman email on a Mobile Device

Student @u email

If you are an ESM student, there is a 3-step process to be able to access your @u email on your mobile device.

  1. Synchonize your NetID password with your @u account by going to the NetID Email Password Sync site and logging in with your NetID and password. This process should be completed each time you update your NetID password.
  2. Go to the Student Email login site and login with your NetID and password. After logging in, click Settings, click ‘Forwarding and POP/IMAP’, click ‘Enable IMAP’ and click ‘Save Changes’.
  3. Go to the Google client list site for specific instructions on how to configure your mobile device.
